The staff was super friendly and tried their best to make our accommodation as best as possible. We checked in our luggage for free 4 hours before our check in and they even moved it in our room before we arrived. In the first look the room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but when you realize that everything is designed to be in the reach of your hand, you enjoy every inch of it. The location is the best we could ask for. 1 minute away from the closest train station, going straight to Akihabara, and 3 minute walk from the station going to both airports. It has many restaurants nearby and I would definitely recommend the King of Gioza, 2 minutes away from the Hotel. Btw Akihabara is 10 minutes walk, so you can easily come back even after a late night out. The cleaning staff was coming every day after we left the room and changed sheets, towels and even the pajamas, toothbrushes, and the slippers. They even tidy and cleaned our room. Every day. That's the best we could ask for and we really appreciate it. In the 1f the have the laundry, which is a game changer in a Hotel, because we were in Tokyo during the typhoon period and it was raining all the time. However, maybe the instruction manual in English, could be better. Especially the time needed. Furthermore there's a back door, going straight to a convenient store for last time shopping before sleeping if you forgot smth or for breakfast.

The location was exactly what we were looking for - right by a train station with two main lines running through it so we could get almost anywhere in central Tokyo easily. The neighborhood is downtown but not touristy - most people we saw on the streets were locals and there are tons of small restaurants within blocks of the hotel. If you're willing to walk, it's a 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, 30 minutes to Asakusa (Senso-ji Temple area) or to Ueno. Staff was very helpful, many of them spoke English, and they assisted us with how to do laundry in the hotel and also shipped our suitcases for us to our next hotel when we checked out. We chose this hotel both for the location and because we wanted a less expensive base in Tokyo from which to explore. It exactly met that description. We stayed in one of the Japanese-style rooms (on the top floor) and even had a view of the SkyTree from our (small) window.

The location and the price! Provide amenities required too! We booked for a no daily housekeeping options and with over 5 days stay, so we got a great deal! You can hand the trash and exchange towels via the reception during the stay. But in the middle of our stay, they arrange a cleaning for us too. Location wise is near the West Exit of JR Line (yellow one, which connects to Akihabara) and 6mins walk to Toei Asakusa Metro line. The highlight is, Toei Asakusa Metro line can directly reach HANEDA AND NARITA Airport✌🏻 (No transit needed, save the hassle!) Also, Lawson directly at the lobby of the hotel, nearby you got family mart and 7-11 too! Also Aeon mini market just opposite, if you want more local choices. Definitely will be back!!!

This was one of the best accommodations in Tokyo being so close to subway and JR station. Made it convenient to travel in and around Tokyo. We leisurely walked to Akihabara which is a station away. Can also easily travel to Narita from here. Our room was perfect. Twas clean, and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious compared to other rooms we have stayed in. We had view of the Sky Tree. The neighborhood was quiet even with a number of shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a relaxing stay.

The hotel is to be a solid choice for travelers with big luggage. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it incredibly easy to get there and back, which was a huge plus. The room, while on the smaller side, was comfortable and offered good value for the money. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this place delivers.
